Josh Duhaime
Josh brings focus and energy to every client engagement, leveraging over 25-years in finance and accounting leadership to deliver the experience you deserve.
After starting his career in audit and assurance services in 2001, Josh shifted his focus in 2010 to manufacturing and distribution, becoming a divisional controller for a Quebec-based paper and packaging company. Fourteen months and one acquisition later, Josh was appointed the CFO of the newly formed spinoff. The experience allowed him to work closely with private equity ownership and a unionized workforce, and it also helped define his financial leadership style.
In 2018, Josh joined the finance team of a Connecticut-based motor fuel distributor. He was promoted to CFO the following year - a role he held for nearly a half-decade until helping to facilitate their successful sale to a strategic buyer.
Whether it be leading through liquidity events, implementing ERP's, navigating through opening balance sheets, developing and refining systems of internal control, or simply overseeing the effective management of basic day-to-day accounting practices, Josh has brought the same level of reliability and integrity to each experience.
Josh is a Connecticut native, a CPA, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
